About Us
dextroverts is a small team built around one person's obsession with helping introverts own a room.
Here's the short version of how we got here.

How I got here
I was the quiet kid. I had thoughts, but they stayed in my head. The gap between what I wanted to say and what came out of my mouth was wide enough to live in.
Taekwondo changed it. I started at seven. By fourteen I was teaching classes. By eighteen I was running the school. By twenty I'd built a martial-arts franchise system. Every step required me to stand in front of a room and be heard. Long before I was comfortable doing it.
That's where I learned the thing that runs through everything we do now: you don't grow into confidence by thinking about it. You grow into it by standing in rooms you haven't earned yet.

Why this exists
Communication is the skill that unlocks every other one. In your career, your relationships, your business. And most of the people who need it most - introverts, scientists, technical founders, deep thinkers - are the ones who get the least support.
I've lived that gap. I know what it costs. PitchCave and everything around it exists because I wanted to build the room I wish I'd had at twenty. One where you get to test your idea in front of real people, walk out with real data, and come back sharper.
Off the clock
Sport keeps my head clear. Taekwondo, alpine stuff in winter, watersports in summer. I run one of the biggest run clubs in Vienna. We train together and we keep showing up.
Music is the other one. Piano, guitar, singing. Mostly for me.
The part that matters most, though, is the work with kids and teenagers. I run workshops and keynotes for them whenever I can. Because that's when this stuff changes the arc of someone's life.
